Small-group instruction
Small-group instruction is teaching three to six students together who are at a similar point, so each gets more turns than in a whole class.
Groups are formed on evidence and changed as students move at different speeds. The efficiency of the group depends on keeping individual records inside it.
Why it matters for the record
Record the lesson once and a rating per student. The ratings are what tell you when to regroup.
