A caseload you can hold in one screen

Eight students, three curricula, a parent who wants an update by Friday. The record is not the hard part of tutoring, but it is the part that eats the evening. This puts it back to two taps per session.

Between sessions

  • Today lists who you teach and the lesson each is on, so prep is a glance.
  • The calendar shows the week, including review items due and sessions missed, with a quick way to reschedule or shift.
  • Students who need attention (long gaps, repeated Needs support) surface on their own.

During and after

  • Start the lesson, teach from your materials, tap a rating. Add a note or homework if you want.
  • Optional observations for decoding, encoding and fluency, when you want more than one rating.
  • Review is scheduled from the rating, so the skill comes back without a sticky note.

For parents and your records

  • Progress reports say what was taught, what is secure and what is still developing, in words parents understand.
  • Instruction logs list every session by date for your own files or a school's request.
  • Notes marked shareable appear on reports; private notes stay private.

When the caseload grows

Groups let you teach one lesson to several students and record one rating each in a single step. Bulk recording catches up a missed week in a minute. If you build a center, the School plan adds a shared roster and roles.

Questions people ask

Can I track students on different programs?
Yes. Each student follows their own curriculum. UFLI Foundations is built in; add as many of your own as you need.
Can parents log in?
Parents do not get accounts by default; you send them the report. If a parent also teaches at home, you can share the student with their account.
How is this different from my spreadsheet?
The sheet stores what you type. This also decides what is next, schedules review, and writes the report. There is a full comparison page.
