For tutoring centers, microschools and schools
Every educator on the same record
When three tutors teach the same child across a week, the question is not whether each one keeps notes. It is whether the notes agree. A shared roster with roles keeps one record per student, whoever taught.
In short
Literacy Trail's School plan gives an organization one shared roster with owner, admin, educator and viewer roles, team curricula, and consistent instruction logs and reports across every educator. It is $4 per student per year with unlimited educators, invoiced, minimum $300.
How the organization works
- Owners and admins invite members by email and set roles. Educators record sessions. Viewers read reports.
- Students moved into the organization are visible to the team; students kept personal stay personal.
- Curricula can be shared with the organization so everyone teaches from the same sequence.
Consistency across educators
- Every session lands on the same student record, with the educator's name on it.
- Ratings use the same three words, so a Developing from one tutor means the same as from another.
- Reports and logs look the same for every family, whoever taught.
Administration
- Invoiced yearly at $4 per student rather than by card, with terms that fit a school year and a $300 minimum.
- Account-wide export of every record as a file, at any time.
- Minimal student data and no student logins, which keeps consent conversations short.
