How the organization works
- Owners and admins invite members by email and set roles. Educators record sessions. Viewers read reports.
- Students moved into the organization are visible to the team; students kept personal stay personal.
- Curricula can be shared with the organization so everyone teaches from the same sequence.
Consistency across educators
- Every session lands on the same student record, with the educator's name on it.
- Ratings use the same three words, so a Developing from one tutor means the same as from another.
- Reports and logs look the same for every family, whoever taught.

Can we try it first?
Yes. One teacher can start on the Educator plan with a 15-day free trial to see groups, and then we move the account to an organization without losing anything.
Can we bring our own curriculum?
Yes. Import it from a CSV or type the lesson list, then share it with the organization.
